UIF is a foundation based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands with a strong focus on inclusion in lifelong learning based on the universality of human interaction and its mechanisms. With a scope covering youth and adult learning in the areas of employability, onboarding, skill development, (social) inclusion, diversity empowerment to support equality in a democratic landscape. In studies, we combine interaction and technology to help bridging the gap between education and industry, improve the career journey, promote inclusion in an increasingly diverse society, and industrial security in which bias awareness is a central theme in training and development programs related to these topics. UIF consulting networks reach throughout Europe, having their strongest presence in The Netherlands, Scandinavia, and the Mediterranean.
